German Customer Service Representative | Porto

• This is an opportunity to integrate the team responsible for supporting customers and ensuring the sales flow, where the main goal is the customer satisfaction.

• Daily communication with customers to support their purchases and requests;
• Develop long-term relationships with customers;
• Manage the customer doubts in cooperation with internal departments;
• Ensuring the invoicing process, as well as claims management and key indicators analysis
• Document management and archiving.
• What you need to embark on this mission:
• Fluency in English and German (mandatory);
• Experience in customer management and customer support;
• Computer skills and fast adaptability;
• Dynamism, proactivity, good energy and team spirit;
• Good interpersonal skills and customer focus, with strong communication skills.
