Key Responsibilities- Provide assistance through email, chat, and phone communication
- Help with itinerary changes, updates, and general travel questions
- Provide destination and travel guideline information
- Follow up with travelers before departure
- Resolve concerns while maintaining a positive customer experience
- Friendly and professional communication style
- Customer support experience preferred
