What are we looking for?- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in IT Support and Service Desk management.
- Proven experience in leading and managing IT support teams, or demonstrated strong leadership potential.
- Solid experience with ticketing systems, particularly Jira, including incident management, backlog, and SLA.
- Ability to coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
- Proficiency in functional and technical problem resolution, reporting, and quality control.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to define priorities and make effective decisions.
- Excellent communication skills with clients and stakeholders.
- Availability for on-call support as needed.
- Fluency in Portuguese (verbal and written).
- Valid work permit for Portugal.
