IT Support L2 / Exchange M365 Administrator (French Speaker)

This project is part of the business investment banking and financial services area, and currently has its technological hub in Porto and is working on the development of innovative solutions and support for all operations related to the business.

We are looking for an IT Support L2 / Exchange M365 Administrator (French Speaker) to work in this project in Porto (Hybrid).

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or similar;
• Relevant experience in a similar role (ideally 2-3 years);
• Experience and interest for the administration activity;
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft technologies and applications;
• Excellent knowledge of Messaging solutions (Exchange, Outlook, O365, Exchange online, Skype, Enterprise Vault);
• Knowledge of PowerShell or other scripting languages;
• Good communication skills (oral and written);
• Good organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Good level of French (B1 – mandatory);
• Good level of English (B2 -mandatory).
