IT Support Specialist (m/f).
Key Responsibilities Provide second-level support for road transport management applications Analyse, process, and resolve support requests, including the creation of technical documentation Prepare, execute, and monitor scheduled and unscheduled program changes in test and production environments Support the technical setup of new operational sites Act as a single point of contact for the Service Desk, working closely with specialist departments and development teams during problem resolution Maintain ongoing collaboration with technical teams and development groups Ideal Profile Completed education or training in Information Technology Strong IT affinity and enjoyment in solving software and technical issues Several years of professional experience in first and/or second-level support Confident use of Office tools and other IT platforms ( Confluence, Jira) Strong communication skills, flexibility, and a service-oriented mindset Good command of English We Offer Direct integration into the end clients organisation Participation in technology-driven projects within a structured operational environment Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams in an international context Opportunity for professional development in a stable setting Contractual conditions aligned with the candidates profile and experience
