Were looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) whos fluent in German and English to support our DACH region operations. If you're passionate about helping others, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love solving problems, this is your opportunity to shine.
What Youll Do As a key member of our European Customer Service team, youll: Be the go-to contact for customers in the DACH region Manage the full order lifecyclefrom entry to delivery Coordinate logistics, track shipments, and handle claims Maintain consignment stock and external warehouse inventory Collaborate with Sales, Key Account Managers, and Process Specialists Keep CRM systems up to date and support continuous improvement projects Occasionally engage in direct B2B/B2H customer interactions What You Bring 2+ years of experience in customer service or sales operations Native-level German (or C2) and strong English (B2+) Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Oracle, Salesforce, or Power BI is a plus Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset Ability to multitask, adapt quickly, and work independently A collaborative spirit and a passion for delivering outstanding service Legal eligibility to work in the EU and willingness to travel if needed What we offer Direct contract with the client Be part of a global, mission-driven team making a difference in healthcare Enjoy a competitive salary and benefits package Benefit from a flexible hybrid work model Thrive in a culture that values innovation, collaboration, and fun Ready to take your career to the next level?
