Payroll Specialist (M/F) French | Porto
Based in Portugal, you will be part of a team of 3 people and will be responsible for managing payroll for several entities in France, as well as supporting administrative back-office tasks. Key responsibilities Work closely with the Human Resources team in France Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing Review payroll variables and manage onboarding and offboarding processes Ensure data consistency and resolve any discrepancies Validate tax and social security declarations and liaise with external entities Prepare activity and payroll reports Respond to employee queries related to payroll and HR administration Contribute to continuous process improvement, including optimization and digitalization initiatives Candidate profile Higher education degree (preferred) Minimum of 3 years experience in French payroll (mandatory) Fluency in French and good level of English Portuguese (considered a plus) Strong knowledge of French labor law and payroll tools Good Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas) preferred Team player with a strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality Autonomous, proactive, and service-oriented What we offer International and collaborative work environment Opportunities for professional development and career progression Dynamic, results-oriented team Working conditions Fixed-term contract of uncertain duration (outsourcing regime) Base salary according to experience Meal allowance 11/day (card) Language allowance Apply now!
