Payroll Specialist | Porto

• Matosinhos, Porto ⏰ Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 9h to 18h ? Work model: Onsite ?

• Prepare and process payroll in compliance with applicable legislation;
• Ensure accurate collection and validation of payroll variables;
• Manage and submit social declarations;
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor;
• Stay up to date with changes in labor and payroll legislation.
• What We’re Looking For:
• Solid experience in payroll management;
• Fluency in French is a strong plus, but English-only candidates are also welcome;
• Good knowledge of labor and social legislation;
• Client-oriented mindset with strong communication skills;
• High level of accuracy, responsibility, and confidentiality;
• Team player with a proactive and organized approach.
