What You'll Do:

• Onboard new clients and act as a trusted advisor
• Build and optimize PPC (Google Ads) campaigns
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions
• Drive upselling and increase client investment
• Manage a high volume of outbound calls and client interactions

What We're Looking For:

• C2 German + strong English
• 2+ years in sales, digital marketing, or client-facing roles
• Strong communication & relationship-building skills
• Interest in digital marketing, PPC, and data-driven decisions
• Proactive, target-driven, and solution-oriented mindset

What We Offer:

• Salary: €24,310 gross/year + up to €4,290 bonus
• Hybrid role in Barcelona (39h/week)
