We are looking for French-speaking Customer Support Agent to assist customers with inquiries related to consumer credit services, account management, payments, and financing solutions, ensuring a professional and reliable customer experience.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy helping customers, solving financial service inquiries, and working in an international environment.
What You'll Do- Assist French-speaking customers with inquiries related to consumer credit services and financing products
- Support users with account questions, payments, and platform access
- Handle requests through phone, email, or digital channels
- Update CRM systems with accurate customer information
- Provide professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented customer support
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain high service quality
- C1/C2 French (mandatory)
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Comfortable using digital tools and CRM systems
- Previous experience in customer support or financial services is a plus
- Monday – Friday
- Rotational shifts between 07:00 – 19:00
- Saturday: 08:00 – 15:00
- Days Off: Sunday + 1 rotational day during the week
- Base Salary: €930 gross × 14 months
- Performance Bonus: €155/month × 12 months
- Meal Allowance: €7.63/day
- Braga Position Bonus: €20/month × 12 months
- Welcome Bonus: paid in 12 monthly installments during the first year

Work Authorization Requirements
Candidates must have valid documentation to work in Portugal, such as:
- EU ID / EU citizenship
- Portuguese residence card
- Manifestação de Interesse
- Valid Type D work visa + AIMA appointment scheduled + NIF
- Expired Type D visa + AIMA appointment already attended + NIF
- NISS is preferred but support can be provided if needed.
