A major European telecommunications provider, delivering mobile, broadband, and digital connectivity services to millions of customers, is expanding its customer experience team in Porto.
We are currently looking for a French-speaking Customer Support Specialist to assist customers with telecom services, subscriptions, and technical inquiries while ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy problem-solving, customer interaction, and working in a fast-paced international environment.
What You'll Do- Support French-speaking customers via phone and digital channels
- Assist with telecom product inquiries, subscriptions, billing, and service usage
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to mobile and internet services
- Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions in internal systems
- Deliver a professional and solution-oriented customer experience
- C2 French (mandatory)
- Fluent English for internal communication
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a structured support environment
Work Authorization Requirements
Candidates must already have:
- EU Citizenship OR
- Portuguese Residence Card
Additionally, valid Portuguese work documentation is required:
- NIF (tax number)
- NISS (social security number)
No relocation support — candidates must already live in or near Porto.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: €1,020 gross × 14 monthsGuaranteed bonus: €100 gross/month during the first 3 months (or more based on performance)
Meal allowance: €9.60/day (net, meal card)
Public transport reimbursement: up to €40/month
Welcome bonus: €150 gross paid in the 4th month
