B2B Digital Advertising Support Specialist (French Market)

Key Responsibilities- Support French-speaking advertisers with technical, product-related, and campaign inquiries.
- Handle end-to-end product troubleshooting and B2B customer support via email and chat.
- Collaborate with internal Product Operations and Engineering teams to resolve cases.
- Drive Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) by ensuring high-quality service throughout the full case journey.
- Provide clear and timely updates across all customer touchpoints.
- Educate advertisers on product features, best practices, and common issue types.
Candidate Profile
Mandatory requirements:
- Proven experience in paid campaign management
- Degree in Marketing or a related field
- Hands-on experience in Digital Marketing
- Previous experience in a Contact Centre or Service Program within an Advertising Tech environment
- Strong familiarity with social media platforms and understanding of digital advertising fundamentals
- Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Initial Schedule: Monday to Sunday | 07:00 – 19:00
- Rotating shifts: 07:00 – 16:00 / 10:00 – 19:00
- 2 rotating days off
- Future Schedule (TBC by client): 24/7 rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday
- Base Salary: €930 gross/month (paid in 14 months)
- Bonus: €120 gross/month (paid in 11 months)
- Meal Allowance: €7.63 net per working day
- Relocation & Accommodation: Shared apartment for up to 12 months (€280/month, utilities included)
- Health Insurance: Available from Day 1 (free after 6 months, requires valid NIF and NISS)
