• Support and advise local leaders on team management, organizational planning, and employee relations
• Implement and coordinate HR initiatives aligned with global strategy, adapted to the local reality
• Promote learning, performance, and development opportunities across teams
• Ensure compliance with Portuguese labor law and internal policies, including relations with unions and workers representatives
• Lead recruitment processes, onboarding, HR administration, and offboarding
• Drive employee engagement, well-being, and inclusion initiatives that reflect a modern and people-focused culture
• Actively contribute to the digitalization and continuous improvement of HR processes and tools
• Represent HR as a trusted and visible partner across the organization Who were looking for
• Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related area
• Proven experience in generalist HR roles, ideally in an industrial or multinational environment
• Strong knowledge of Portuguese labor law and experience with labor relations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills confident, empathetic, and able to influence
• Fluency in English (mandatory)
• Proactive mindset, with the ability to work independently and take initiative
