We are a proud producer of RMC – a premium compact marble manufactured in Portugal since 1980. We are based in Oliveira do Bairro and export our products to more than 30 countries worldwide.

We are currently looking for Product Manager (M/F) to join our team of marble enthusiasts.

• Handle all customer questions, claims and feedback;
• Develop and maintain a product knowledge base, including installation guidelines, technical documentation and FAQs;
• Collaborate with RnD and Quality teams to track and resolve product-related issues;
• Work closely with the Sales and Marketing departments to align product messaging and ensure accurate information is shared externally;
• Deliver training sessions for internal sales teams and external partners on products, installation and best practices;
• Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements in products or support processes;
• Support product lifecycle management and assist in launching new products by gathering field insights and preparing documentation;
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and effective communication.

• Degree in Engineering, Business, Materials Science or similar (pref.);
• Fluent in Portuguese and English (mandatory);
• Experience in Product Management, Customer Care or RnD (pref.);
• Experience in creating product documentation and technical content (pref.);
• Familiarity with surface materials or stone products;
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks effectively;
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and proactive;
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
