• Contribute to the definition, implementation, and management of the IT/OT strategyand corresponding budget, ensuring it aligns with evolving business needs and longterm strategic goals.
• Coordinate IT-related activities across departments, effectively prioritizing andbalancing multiple programs and projects.
• Ensure secure, reliable, and efficient IT/OT integration across all renewable energysites, enabling seamless communication between field devices, SCADA systems, andthe dispatch center.
• Support dispatch center operations by ensuring real-time data availability, systemdiagnostics, and event analysis to promote operational efficiency and grid codecompliance.
• Maintain and secure communication infrastructure between remote assets andcontrol centers, including VPNs, firewalls, 4G/5G modems, and satellite links.
• Oversee IT strategic sourcing and procurement, and support OT procurementprocesses.
• Manage external vendors and subcontractors to ensure high-quality helpdesk andsupport services.
• Support internal and external audits, as well as inspections by shareholders andregulatory authorities.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering,Automation, or a related discipline;
• Proven experience with SCADA systems and OT environments in renewable energy(wind, solar, storage);
• Familiarity with dispatch center operations, including real-time monitoring, alarmmanagement, and grid coordination;
• Strong knowledge of industrial communication protocols;
• Experience implementing cybersecurity controls in OT environments;
• Hands-on experience with firewalls, VPNs, industrial routers, and cybersecuritymonitoring platforms;
• Fluency in English and ability to produce technical and compliance documentation;
• 5 years of experience with IT/OT environment systems.
