Customer Service & Sales | Tech Sector – English (M/F) Lisbon – Entrecampos Join the world’s leading software company and become part of a global powerhouse in cloud services, gaming, digital tools and cutting

We’re looking for fluent English speakers (C2) to join our Customer Service & Sales team in Lisbon.

If you enjoy working with international clients, identifying business opportunities and ensuring high-quality support, this is your chance to thrive in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

What you’ll do:

Be the main point of contact between the client and the company
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions

-Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term relationship management
-Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities

Assist with product/service delivery and resolve any project issues What we’re looking for:
Fluency in English (C2 level) – written and spoken
Previous experience in digital marketing, market research, or sales

-Strong communication, problem-solving and client management skills Availability to work on-site in Lisbon (Entrecampos) Schedule: Monday to Friday, 1 PM – 10 PM (40h/week + 1h lunch break) What we offer:
