We are currently looking for an IT Operations Process & Governance Analyst to our client team.
Main responsibilities- Define, document, and maintain standardized IT processes.
- Manage software license compliance.
- Oversee relationships and contracts with strategic suppliers.
- Ensure operational efficiency and compliance with internal/external standards (ITIL / ITSM).
- Participate in decisions with significant financial impact.
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience managing complex processes with high functional and financial impact.
- Ability to produce clear, structured manuals, procedures, and reports.
- Experience in ITSM Environments - Hands-on experience with service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy) for tracking incidents, changes, and problems.
- Coordinating with multiple suppliers, negotiating contracts, and monitoring SLAs.
- Understanding ITIL processes like Incident, Problem, Change, Asset & Configuration Management.
- Ability to identify risks, inefficiencies, or compliance gaps.
