Java Lisboa, a rooftop venue in Cais do Sodré, is currently looking for an Assistant Manager to join the team.
This is a key role within the operation, working closely with senior management and directly impacting daily performance, team structure, and guest experience.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable in a high-volume environment, takes ownership, and leads from the front.
Profile:
Proven experience in hospitality operations (restaurant, bar, or similar)Strong leadership and team management skills
High standards and attention to detail
Ability to perform under pressure
Hands-on approach and problem-solving mindset
Fluent English (mandatory)
