Role Overview
Join an innovative Automotive Digital Services project supporting customers across digital platforms. We are looking for Lithuanian speakers with strong English skills who are customer-oriented and ready to work in an international environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide customer support via digital channels
- Handle inquiries efficiently and professionally
- Deliver high-quality customer experience
- Follow internal procedures and service standards
- Collaborate with internal teams when needed
- Monday to Friday
- 08:00 – 17:00
- Weekends off (Saturday & Sunday)
- Fully Remote (Portugal-based)
- Base Salary +
