Tasks:
As a Customer Support Representative, you will provide support to the content platform users via inbound and outbound calls. Your responsibilities will include understanding, reviewing, and resolving issues related to the company’s e-commerce platform, as well as escalating cases when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:Handle both inbound and outbound calls. Investigate and resolve issues that are reported by buyers/sellers/customers/creators such as checking order and logistics status. Review the reported issues within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality.
Escalate issues to the company in accordance with its procedures.
Profile: German or Spanish or Italian or French C2 + English B2
Possess and remain knowledgeable and passionate about leading e-commerce products and services standards.Have strong understanding of e-commerce.
Have strong customer service skills, verbal and written communication skills, empath and rational decision making.
Capable of coping with peaks in contact volumes during promotion seasons.
