Your responsibilities and impact as a Social Media B2B Sales Representative will be:

  • Advising and consulting small and medium-sized businesses to grow their activities through social media advertising
  • Acquiring new advertisers within the SMB market
  • Supporting and extending self-service solutions for clients
  • Providing both pre-sales and after-sales support for all services
  • Guiding clients on tools, products, and strategies
  • Identifying trends and sharing feedback from customers with the engineering team

Requirements:

  • EU citizenship or valid work permit/residency card (mandatory)
  • Native level of French and fluent English (B2–C1)
  • Sales mindset or previous sales experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong interest in social media and digital marketing
  • Reliable, motivated, and committed to delivering results
  • Drive for excellence and professionalism
Offer: What’s in it for you?
  • Contract type: Long-term fixed-term contract, renewable annually
  • Probation period: 30 days before signing the contract
  • Working hours: 5 days/week, 8h/day, rotating shifts Monday to Sunday, 8 am – 6 pm
  • Salary package (two options):
  • With accommodation (shared flat, bills included): €1040 gross/month
  • Without accommodation: €1240 gross/month

Additional benefits:

  • Training compensation: 50% of hourly wages during the 15-day training period (lower tax rate applied)

  • Opportunity to join a development program within 6 months (progression to QA, Team Lead, or Supervisor roles)

  • Reimbursement of initial flight expenses after 9 months
