MARKETING MANAGER M/F Industrial Manufacturing – Global Markets

Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate online and offline communication platforms — website, social media,e-mail marketing and internal communication — ensuring alignment with Corporateand Industrial Communication guidelines;
- Plan, organize and manage international trade fairs, industry events andexhibitions;
- Develop, execute and monitor the annual marketing plan and budget;
- Lead the annual Customer Satisfaction Survey and Voice of Customerinitiatives (professional clients and end users);
- Work closely with the Sales Team to support commercial activity throughclear, accurate and market-appropriate communication;
- Conduct market and competitor analysis, identifying trends across the LPG,industrial and complementary segments;
- Prepare marketing plans for new and existing products, including technicalpositioning and value propositions;
- Manage external agencies and service providers when required.
- Create and develop internal and external sales, product and businesspresentations;
- Develop, maintain and evolve a portfolio of dashboards and reports, incollaboration with internal BI users.
- Degree in Marketing or equivalent professional experience;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Advanced Excel proficiency;
- Solid knowledge of PowerPoint and Microsoft Office apps;
- Ability and interest in building reports, extracting data from ERP systemsand automating/simplifying reporting processes;
- Fluency in English, spoken and written;
- Strong communication and presentation skills adapted to industrial B2Benvironments.
- Previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment;
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively;
- Experience with CRM and ERP systems.
