We are looking for a Senior Quality Tester to work in a project in Lisbon area.

• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and quality assurance methodologies (mandatory);
• Proficiency in using testing tools such as JIRA, Xray, TestRail, or similar;
• Passionate about Quality and obsessed with Digital Experiences;
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Collaborative “no silos” approach to addressing issues based on continuous open communication;
• Critical mindset, continuously challenging the status quo and asking insightful "why" questions to drive innovation and improvement;
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment;
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality;
• A disciplined approach to test execution;
• Experienced in using modern Agile Quality Assurance methodologies;
• Minimum 4 years of experience in quality testing, preferably in an engineering or technology-focused company;
• Certification in quality assurance or testing (e.g., ISTQB) is valued;
• Curiosity and a boundless willingness to learn about new technologies, especially in AI;
• Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application in software quality assurance is a plus;
• Expertise in Financial and HR systems is considered a valuable asset.
