QA Engineer - Performance and Automated Testing

Academic Background
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields (mandatory).
- Experience in technology consulting firms or similar environments is highly valued.
- Open to candidates with experience in any sector (Public Sector, Financial Services, etc.).
- Experience in automated and/or performance testing.
- Proficiency with automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks (JUnit, TestNG, NUnit) and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
- Solid knowledge of performance testing tools like JMeter, Gatling, K6, or LoadRunner.
- Ability to write test scripts in Java, JavaScript, Python, or C#.
- Experience with API testing (Postman, RestAssured, SoapUI) and contract validation (e.g., Pact).
- Understanding of software quality concepts, continuous testing, and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Experience in development and implementation projects.
- ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation or Advanced Level
- Certified Agile Tester
- Tool-specific certifications (e.g., JMeter, Selenium)
- Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP Fundamentals) are a plus for cloud-based testing Soft Skills & Other Requirements
- Strong communication skills and motivation to work in consulting projects.
- Advanced English (written and spoken); knowledge of other languages (e.g., German or French) is a plus.
- For senior profiles experience in mentoring team members, managing projects and clients.
- Experience in international projects and functional analysis is highly valued.
- Availability for a hybrid work model (3 days on-site per week mandatory).
- Although this is a technical role, we are looking for a consulting mindset someone who enjoys engaging with clients and not just coding in isolation.
