We are recruiting a Polish-speaking Customer Care Specialist to join an inbound support team based in Porto. This is a client-facing role within a dynamic and structured environment, ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a genuine passion for delivering high-quality customer service.
About the Role
You will be the first point of contact for Polish-speaking customers, handling inbound interactions with professionalism, empathy and efficiency. The role requires adaptability to a rotative schedule and a consistent focus on customer satisfaction and quality standards.
Your day-to-day will include:
Handling inbound customer contacts via phone, email or chat in Polish and EnglishProviding accurate information and resolving customer queries in a timely and professional manner
Accurately documenting interactions and following established procedures
Escalating complex cases to the appropriate internal teams when necessary
Consistently meeting quality and productivity benchmarks
What We Are Looking For
Native or proficient in Polish — mandatoryEnglish at B2 level or above — mandatory
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail
Adaptability and flexibility within a rotative shift environment
Previous experience in customer service is a plus
