- 5+ years of proven experience as a Stibo Step Business Analyst
- Strong understanding of Product Information Management System (PIMS) concepts
- Knowledge of Stibo Step platform functionalities (data modeling, workflows, business rules)
- Experience in data governance
- Familiarity with product lifecycle management and product development processes and multi-channel publishing
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into system configurations
- Understanding of integration concepts (APIs, ETL processes) for PIM and ERP/e-commerce systems.
- Basic SQL for data validation
- Knowledge of XML/JSON for data exchange
- Familiarity with integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Talend, SAP CPI)
- Desired Certifications: Stibo Step and Business Analysis certifications
- Fluency in English Soft skills
- Good communication
