Business Analyst
Dellent is a consulting company focused in System Information and Telecommunications. Our goal is to help our candidates and consultants to take a step forward in their careers through projects that meet their needs and expectations.
This project is part of the business investment banking and financial services area, and currently has its technological hub in Porto and is working on the development of innovative solutions and support for all operations related to the business.
We are looking for a Business Analyst to work in this project in Porto (Hybrid).
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Risk Management, Information Technology, or a related field;
- Between 6 and 9 years of professional experience;
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in an Agile environment (required);
- Proven expertise in application production monitoring and performance analysis;
- Strong ability to facilitate communication and collaboration between business stakeholders and IT teams;
- Demonstrated experience in conducting business investigations, performing testing, defining business rules, and organizing comprehensive documentation;
- Fluency in French is a plus;
- Excellent communication skills in English.
