What youll do: Collaborate with a dynamic, customer-focused team; Provide multichannel support (phone, messaging, and email) to German-speaking customers; Ensure a secure, smooth, and personalized user experience; Use tools such as Google Sheets, Docs, Excel, and Word.
What were looking for: High school diploma (12th grade) mandatory; German level C1/C2 mandatory; English level B2 mandatory; Minimum 6 months of customer service experience; Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and customer focus; Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Nice to have: Experience in FinTech or Crypto companies; Genuine interest in the crypto economy and digital innovation; Familiarity with CRM systems and multitasking abilities. What we offer: Direct contract with the cliente; Initial and ongoing training; Base salary + Meal allowance + Language bonus.
