IT Coordinator - Cartões

We are looking for an IT Coordinator - Cartões to integrate the team of our client - a reference Portuguese company in the banking sector.
What will be your main tasks and responsibilities?- Lead the team, define objectives, and ensure performance through continuous feedback and evaluation;
- Define and monitor work plans, guaranteeing SLA compliance for requests and incidents;
- Coordinate projects and drive process and solution improvements within your area;
- Collaborate with other IT and business units and manage relationships with external IT service providers.
- Academic background in Computer Engineering, Information Systems Management or other similar areas in reference schools;
- At least 05 years' experience in leadership roles in IT, ideally in Software Development;
- Previous experience in financial institutions, having a solid knowledge/ experience in banking business processes related to Cards/ Cartões;
- Knowledge and experience with the "CAMS" Card Solution and Umbrella (Hogan) framework are considered a plus;
- Knowledge and experience with Mainframe technologies/tools (COBOL, JCL, CICS, TSO, DB2, VSAM);
- Knowledge/experience in software development methodologies (Waterfall/Agile), Design Thinking, DevOps.
- Sense of responsibility and commitment;
- Ability to communicate clearly and objectively his ideas and points of view.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
