Natech Lda. is a global supplier of premium genetic, high quality, non-irradiated, hand-trimmed, perfectly cured GMP medical cannabis dried flowers. Our team has been involved in multiple different medical cannabis projects since the beginning of the industry in Europe (2015).
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Support Specialist (f/m/d) at Natech Lda. located in Seixal.
You will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with support IT infrastructure at Natech offices and Pharmaceutical Manufacturing production facility. In this role, your duties will include providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software.You will also be required to upgrade, install, maintain, and troubleshoot all computer systems and peripherals.
Desired profile:
- 2+ years of experience as an IT support specialist.
- Higher education in Management Informatics
- Experience in implementing IT solutions in the areas of distribution and production
- Knowledge of SQL, database technologies and Reporting (Crystal Reports)
- Microsoft, HPE and VMWare certifications
- Minimum experience in Active Directory Administration and Administration of supported systems in Windows Sever
- Experience in installing and configuring server infrastructure is valued (Storage Fiber Channel and iSCSI; ITIL; TCP/IP Network Protocols and DNS and DHCP Network; Server Virtualization and High Availability Solutions; Monitoring solutions)
