Match Profiler is an Information Systems consultant who has been working in the national and international market since 1999. We have multidisciplinary skills and IT know-how that allow us to contribute, optimize and progress with our clients.

We are currently recruiting, for integration in our internal team/client, professionals with the following profile: IT Technician (English & French Speakers) (m/f) – Hybrid (Lisbon)

• Experience in troubleshooting PCs/Laptops/Tablets, VPN, etc.;
• Experience in IT Support, Technical Support, End-user Support;
• Experience with Microsoft OS (Windows 11);
• Help end-users manage software installations and hardware repairs;
• Experience and Understanding of a VM;
• Understanding of networking and networking protocols;
• Knowledge of mobile devices and mobile phone services;
• Experience with MS Office Suite;
• Knowledge of ticketing and CMDB tools
