• Develop solutions in CRM Dynamics on-premises, designing solutions that meet business requirements and comply with: Organizational business rules; Regulatory requirements; Existing functional architecture guidelines.
• Support the business and implementation teams in clarifying application rules;
• Implement and configure CRM Dynamics 365 business workflow rules, with a focus on out-of-the-box features;
• Modify or create custom-coded components;
• Update customizations, including data models, entities, forms, and views;
• Modify or create integration components between Dynamics 365 and Microsoft products (Office, Exchange, Communicator, SharePoint, Lync) as well as other systems, such as Cisco CTI.

Does it sound exciting?

• Minimum of 3 years of experience;
• Proven technical and functional expertise in CRM Dynamics, preferably on-premises;
• Strong knowledge of .NET, C#, and JavaScript;
• General understanding of information systems, including architecture and organizational design;
• Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server;
• Fluent in Portuguese (spoken and written).
