Are you a native-level Portuguese speaker (C2) with strong English skills (B2–C2) and looking to grow your career with a well-established global digital services company? This is a full-time customer support role serving international users in Portuguese and English.
Key Responsibilities- Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve account, service, and general support queries
- Deliver a professional and empathetic customer experience
- Meet quality, productivity, and compliance standards
- Portuguese proficiency C2 (spoken & written)
- English proficiency B2–C2
- Customer service experience advantageous
- Willingness to relocate to Athens if required
- Salary: EUR 1045–1100 gross per month - salary paid x14 per calendar year + x14 bonuses as well
- Remote work within Greece
- Relocation support for Athens-based candidates
- Paid training and long-term career growth
- EU citizenship
- Full-purpose & specific-purpose work permit card
- Certificate of Protection (refugees)
