Oversight Officer - Fund Management Experienced

Our client is a multinational asset management company working on the implementation of a new hub in Porto.

• Support the oversight and monitoring of all delegated functions, ensuring compliance with contractual, operational, and regulatory standards;
• Coordinate and participate in the initial and periodic due diligence of delegates and key service providers;
• Monitor ongoing performance using KPIs, reports, and escalation procedures;
• Assist in organizing service review meetings and maintain structured follow-up of actions and findings;
• Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of oversight documentation, procedures, and reporting templates;
• Prepare draft oversight reports and summaries for committees, senior management, and clients;
• Support the execution of AML/CFT checks and regulatory assessments, as required;
• Ensure adherence to AIFMD, UCITS V, and CSSF Circular 18/698 requirements.

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Law, or a related field;
• 1-5 years of experience in the fund industry;
• Good understanding of the UCITS and AIFMD frameworks;
• Analytical mindset with strong organizational and documentation skills;
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under time constraints;
• Team-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently;
• Fluency in English.
