Senior Design Manager - Azores

Would you like to turn highly complex projects into reality? We are recruiting a Senior Design Manager for a landmark international project located in the Azores.

• scale technological infrastructure that will challenge your management, innovation and coordination skills.

• Manage projects from the feasibility study phase to delivery;
• Convert customer requirements into technical and functional solutions;
• Coordinate internal and external multidisciplinary teams;
• Monitor project compatibility and conflict resolution (Clash Detection);
• Lead BIM management and documentation in a CDE (Common Data Environment) environment;
• Support the construction team in equipment installation and commissioning;
• Ensure compliance with deadlines, costs and quality standards.

• HNC (Higher National Certificate) or equivalent;
• Minimum 2 years experience in construction projects;
• Proficiency in CAD and BIM tools (Navisworks, Revit, etc.);
• Knowledge and experience in the use of common data environments (CDE);
• Good communication skills, both written and oral;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Experience in the Advanced Industry, Data Centres, Food, Logistics or Pharmaceutical sectors (preferred).
