IT Strategy Development & Execution:

• Design and evolve the IT strategic roadmap to ensure alignment with the organization's long-term goals.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to shape forward-looking strategic plans.
• Convert business priorities into actionable IT initiatives and enterprise architecture strategies.

Team Leadership:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of IT professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Promote a collaborative and inclusive team environment across IT functions.

Technical Oversight:

• Provide oversight on key technology decisions and drive adherence to best practices and standards.
• Act as a trusted advisor to technical teams and business stakeholders on strategic technology matters.

Portfolio Management:

• Oversee the management of the IT projects and program portfolio.
• Track project performance and value delivery across strategic initiatives.

Operational Excellence:

• Drive continuous improvement in IT service delivery, operations, and process efficiency.
• Identify risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Serve as a liaison between business and IT, ensuring clear communication and shared ownership of outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives from design through execution.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in IT leadership roles with a focus on Strategy, Architecture, or Portfolio Management.
• Proven track record of leading strategic IT initiatives in complex, enterprise environments.
• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Deep understanding of software architecture.
• Experience evaluating, selecting, and implementing technology solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to execute in a fast-paced environment.
• Good level of English.
