As a Real-Time Interpreter, you'll play an essential role in enabling understanding between individuals and organizations in the US and UK. You'll handle calls for hospitals, banks, emergency services, and government agencies - ensuring that every conversation is clear, accurate, and handled with empathy.

Your Responsibilities- Interpret conversations accurately and impartially between speakers of French and English;
- Support individuals in situations that require confidentiality and professionalism;
- Follow communication protocols and maintain neutrality in all interactions;
- Ensure clarity and accuracy in every session, no matter the context.

You're Our Ideal Candidate If You- Are fluent in French and English (minimum C1 level);
- Have experience in customer service or contact centers (preferred);
- Are available to work on rotative part-time shifts from Monday to Sunday and can choose 2-7 hours per day;
- Can commit to a 3-week online training (6h/day) before starting;
- Demonstrate empathy, patience, and professionalism under pressure.
