We are looking for top-tier IT talent to join a world-leading Tech Hub’s Center of Excellence based in Lisbon. Responsabilidades:

To monitor, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues across network and server infrastructures;
To ensure high availability and security of systems through regular patching, updates, and vulnerability assessments;
To develop and implement use cases, correlation rules, and mitigation measures to defend against security breaches;
To maintain detailed technical documentation and standard operating procedures (playbooks/runbooks);
To consult with global clients to understand requirements and provide tailored technical solutions.

Requisitos:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related Engineering field;
At least 4 years of experience in similar positions;
Proven experience in systems administration (Windows/Linux), data center operations, network engineering, or security operations;
Experience with Infrastructure Services (DHCP, DNS, Active Directory);
Fluency in English (written and spoken);
Proficiency in physical/virtual environments (VMware, Hyper-V) or enterprise network protocols;
Familiarity with automation/scripting (Python, Shell) and DevOps tools;
Hands-on experience with SIEM technologies, threat intelligence, and incident response (cyber role);
Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and manage complex architectural solutions (senior roles);
Strong analytical mindset, ability to work under pressure, and excellent client-facing communication skills;
Willingnessand full availability to travel internationally on short notice.
