• 3 to 5 years of experience as a project manager, preferably managing projects for external clientes;
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and internal teams;
• Skilled at managing expectations and handling challenging situations constructively;
• Knowledge of Agile and Traditional (Waterfall) methodologies, with the flexibility to adapt to the specific needs of each client and project;
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and ensuring effective collaboration among team members and stakeholders;
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintain a strategic vision, and efficiently prioritize tasks and needs;
• Fluency in English (minimum B1).

• Experience in the payments and/or digital solutions industry;
• Experience with Microsoft tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Experience with Atlassian tools (JIRA / Confluence / Atlas);
• Fluency in English and/or Spanish (spoken and written).
