DECISION is serching for the best professionals in SAP SuccessFactors HCM to work in a full

  • remote model for an international project.
Responsibilities:
  • Conceptual design and development of complex global IT solutions.
  • Provide business consulting for process design and IT systems configuration.
  • Create detailed concepts and implement program adjustments.
  • Coordinate collaboration with external suppliers to ensure seamless integration.
  • Act as a team member and/or workstream lead in project environments.
  • Prepare documentation and deliver presentations of results.
  • Analyse and resolve incidents, ensuring system stability and performance.
Years of experience:
  • 5+ years of proven experience as an SAP Success Factors HCM Developer, including:
  • Employee Central
  • Compensation
  • Recruiting.
Functional Skills:
  • Development of complex global IT solutions.
  • Realization of program adjustments.
  • Active participation as a team member in projects.
  • Documentation and presentation of results.
  • Analysis and resolution of incidents.
Technical Skills:
  • Expertise in SAP Success Factors HCM (Employee Central, Compensation and Recruiting), including all relevant interfaces to SAP ERP.
  • Knowledge of ABAP programming and SF HCM frameworks (Business Process Framework).
  • Experience with Fiori UI.
  • Documentation tools: Confluence.
  • Task management tools: JIRA.
  • Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager.
  • Experience in project methodologies: Agile and Waterfall.

  • Fluency in English (mandatory: B2+, C1preferential )
