We work at the intersection of people, process and execution to ensure work moves forward smoothly, efficiently and with purpose.
From coordinating cross-functional initiatives to preparing and dispatching critical equipment, delivery roles focus on clarity, accountability and quality at every step. We remove obstacles, connect teams and make sure commitments turn into results — on time and to a high standard.
Location: Lisbon, Caldas da Rainha or Leiria. Travel: Frequent day trips between different facilities. The Role As a Delivery Manager, you are the engine that keeps our initiatives moving. You ensure projects land on time, at high quality and with real impact across multiple Internal Business Units (IBUs).
Working at the center of the organization, you align teams, simplify processes, remove blockers and turn strategy into execution. If you thrive on ownership, coordination and making things happen, this role is for you. What You’ll Do Own Internal Delivery Lead the end-to-end delivery of initiatives across IBUs.
Keep projects on track for scope, timeline and quality. Anticipate risks, resolve issues and maintain delivery momentum. Connect Teams & Drive Alignment Coordinate work across Business Development, Project Management, Operations, Finance, Product, Production and other IBUs.
Turn cross-functional collaboration into measurable results. Partner with Stakeholders Act as the single point of contact for delivery status, risks and dependencies. Translate priorities into clear delivery plans. Ensure initiatives align with overall business strategy.
Improve How We Deliver Strengthen delivery processes using agile or hybrid approaches. Drive standardization, efficiency and continuous improvement. Challenge existing ways of working to help teams deliver smarter and faster. Champion the Internal Customer Ensure internal teams receive reliable, high-quality delivery support.
Build trusted relationships and advocate for internal user needs. What You Bring Strong understanding of project and service delivery lifecycles Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously Experience working across multiple IBUs with competing priorities Knowledge of hybrid delivery models and continuous improvement practices Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Trello, Excel, Microsoft Dynamics Clear, confident communicator with strong documentation skills Adaptable, resilient and calm in a fast-moving environment 3–7 years in Delivery Management, Project Management or similar roles Corporate, cross-functional experience preferred Portuguese and English required What we have to offer you: An excellent work environment and an opportunity to make a difference; Salary Compatible with the level of proven experience.
