What is this challenge about:
- Develop and implement a testing strategy that aligns with project goals and objectives;
- Establish and maintain testing policies and procedures to ensure consistent quality across software projects;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and effective communication regarding quality standards;
- Lead the testing team in executing test plans, including functional, regression, and performance testing;
- Monitor and report on testing progress, issues, and results to stakeholders;
- Utilize tools such as Octane, Jira, and Xray for test management and reporting;
- Identify areas for process improvement and advocate for best practices in testing;
- Provide training and mentorship to junior testing team members.

What we are looking for:
- At least 7 year of experience in Quality Assurance;
- Proven experience in a testing leadership role;
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and best practices;
- Proficiency with testing tools, specifically Octane, Jira, and Xray;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Strong communication skills in English and French (C1 level);
- Fluency in English;
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities effectively.
