Your Mission in Barcelona:
- Strategic Consulting: Move beyond support and become a trusted advisor for high-potential German companies, designing results-driven PPC campaigns.
- Revenue Growth: Identify client objectives, drive product adoption, and implement upselling strategies to scale account performance.
- Consultative Engagement: Conduct high-level outbound business conversations to detect customer goals and deliver tailored digital solutions.
- AI & Tech Integration: Use AI tools to analyze market data and personalize client interactions—staying at the forefront of the digital ad industry.
- Market Expertise: Navigate the German business landscape with precision, using your cultural insights to drive ROI.
What You Bring:
- Language Excellence: Native/C2 German and professional English (C1).
- Experience: 1+ years in Sales, Account Management, or Digital Marketing. (We value the high-performance training you've already received in Lisbon!).
- Tech Savvy: Strong experience with CRM systems and a proactive approach to solving complex platform questions.
- Education: BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
