What you will do in this role As a Team Leader, you will:- Supervise the day-to-day operations of a team of call center associates, including attendance and performance monitoring in line with company policies and legal requirements
- Coach and develop team members through regular feedback sessions to ensure performance metrics and KPIs are consistently achieved
- Identify performance gaps, create action plans, and implement corrective measures when needed
- Ensure the service delivered meets contractual KPIs and financial targets
- Communicate clear expectations and provide timely updates to your team
- Act as a point of escalation for complex customer interactions, providing support and solutions
- Lead team meetings to share updates, encourage collaboration, and gather feedback
- Organize and promote team engagement activities
- Stay up to date with internal processes, policies, and procedures, and participate in ongoing leadership training
- Promote company values through a positive attitude and strong team advocacy Your qualifications You'll be a great match if you:
- Are fluent in Dutch (native/C2 level) and have a good level of English (B2 or higher) Mandatory
- Have at least 1 year of experience in a Team Leader or Supervisor role in a BPO environment
- Ideally have a background in Customer Care or the Health/Medical sector
- Are highly motivated, with a strong ability to coach and develop team members
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Can effectively prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Have strong leadership skills and the ability to guide and motivate a team
