We are looking for a Collibra Project Manager to integrate a hybrid project in Lisbon.

• Proven experience in leading the deployment of data governance tools, particularly the Collibra Data Catalog;
• Deep understanding of data governance principles and best practices;
• Strong background in project management, including planning, execution and reporting;
• Hands-on experience managing development teams and working within agile frameworks;
• High level of technical proficiency with the Collibra platform;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to engage and influence stakeholders across technical and business domains;
• Experience in delivering training and support for data tools;
• Relevant certifications in data governance or project management are a plus (e.g. CDMP, DAMA, PMP);
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.

• Lead the end-to-end deployment of the Collibra Data Catalog across programmes, projects and transversal needs, ensuring alignment with the Group Data Governance framework;
• Define and manage a detailed project plan with clear timelines, milestones and deliverables;
• Act as the main point of contact for all stakeholders, providing regular updates on status, risks and issues;
• Coordinate and support the Collibra development resource, ensuring effective collaboration and progress tracking;
• Maintain and prioritise the product backlog with well-defined items, acceptance criteria and effort estimates, based on business needs and stakeholder input;
• Lead agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives, promoting continuous improvement;
• Design and deliver training sessions for end-users, providing ongoing support and creating comprehensive documentation (user guides, technical specs);
• Collect feedback from users and stakeholders to guide ongoing enhancements and long-term platform adoption.
