IT Project Manager

You will join a collaborative, dynamic environment where communication, structure, and continuous improvement are key to achieving outstanding results.

• Lead and facilitate recurring meetings to track project progress and ensure alignment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage the backlog, ensuring items are clearly defined, prioritized, and estimated
• Coordinate project resources — people, budget, infrastructure — to ensure efficient execution
• Guide and empower development teams, promoting adherence to the selected project management methodology
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
• Identify and remove impediments affecting team performance and workflow
• Ensure clear and consistent communication between stakeholders and development teams
• Maintain transparency with all project stakeholders regarding status, risks, and outcomes
• Monitor progress against goals, timelines, and budget
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle
• Prepare structured project reports and documentation for senior management
• Demonstrate a proactive, solution-oriented mindset when addressing challenges

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields
• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT environments
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Kanban, etc.)
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Excellent communication capabilities
• High resilience and problem-solving ability under pressure
• Capacity to manage multiple projects and priorities across teams
• Familiarity with project management tools
• Experience with DevOps (MS Azure) is a plus
• Scrum Master certification (PSM I / CSM) preferred
• PMP certification is a strong advantage
• Proficiency in Englis
