Junior Service Manager

Were looking for a Junior Service Manager to join the Governance & Service Management area of a leading organisation in the aviation and airport operations sector. This is not a purely administrative role. Were looking for someone who takes ownership of service quality someone who monitors SLAs and KPIs with a critical eye, holds suppliers accountable to what was contractually agreed, and isnt afraid to escalate when commitments arent being met.
Lisbon Hybrid Direct contract with the client What you will be doing- Monitor and report on SLAs, KPIs and service performance metrics identifying deviations and flagging risks proactively
- Follow up with suppliers and partners to ensure contractual commitments are honoured, pushing back when they are not
- Support end-to-end service follow-up from both an operational and customer perspective
- Contribute to servisse governance frameworks, processes and documentation
- Support financial tracking of services budget control, cost monitoring and invoice validation
- Gather and structure business requirements related to servisse improvements
- Prepare reports, dashboards and materials for governance and service review meetings
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across services and providers What we are looking for
- Bachelors degree in Management, Information Systems, Finance or a related field
- Some professional experience or a strong genuine interest in service management, project coordination or governance
- A data-driven mindset comfortable working with metrics, KPIs and operational reports
- Assertive communication style and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders with clarity and confidence
- Basic understanding of IT service management concepts (ITIL knowledge is a plus)
- Fluent English, both spoken and written Nice to have
- ITIL Foundation certification (or active pursuit of it)
- Experience with service reporting tools or KPI dashboards
