We are currently recruiting a Call Center Assistant to join a dynamic, customer

• focused team.
• Main Responsibilities:
• Scheduling pallet collections
• Associated administrative support
• Regular contact with Benelux market clients ✅ Profile we are looking for:
• Previous experience in customer service or telephone support
• Fluency in Dutch or Flemish
• Intermediate French
• Willingness to learn and grow professionally with us
• Knowledge of Excel ?

• Moscavide – Lisbon (hybrid work schedule)
• Monday to Friday
• 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM ?

• Full-time contract
• Base salary of €1,000 gross/month
• Meal allowance: meal card worth €7 per working day
• Language bonus: €600
