Marketing Assistant – Marketing Team

We’re looking for a hands

What You’ll Be Doing You’ll be part of a small, fast-moving marketing team where initiative, speed, and ownership matter.

• Creating and managing content across all relevant social media platforms.

• Producing marketing materials such as brochures, ebooks, flyers, banners, and presentations — ensuring consistency across formats and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Supporting and executing end-to-end campaigns, from briefing and asset preparation to launch and follow-up.

• Maintaining and updating our website using Webflow.

• Planning, filming, and editing video content for campaigns, events, or social channels.

• Coordinating internal and third-party events, including logistics, communication, and preparation of all supporting materials.
• Working closely with the training, talent, and sales teams to ensure messaging is aligned and initiatives are supported with the right materials and timing.

Tools & Skills You Should Know You don’t need to check every box, but you do need to be skilled, fast on your feet, and eager to learn.

• Familiarity with all major social media platforms and their formats
• Design experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro)
• Experience with email marketing platforms and basic automation workflows (e.g., Zoho)
• Knowledge of Webflow or similar website CMS tools (basic HTML/CSS is a plus)
• Interest in or exposure to AI content tools (for writing or visuals)
• Comfort with performance and tracking tools such as Google Analytics
