LEICA PORTUGAL is searching for a Controller to its facilities in V. N. Famalicao

OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB

To reinforce the team of our Controlling Department, we are looking for a junior professional who could work on our facilities in Vila Nova de Famalicão.

• Support the organization of Controlling Department;
• Support project teams in the relationship with the accounting services.
• Analyse and control daily/ monthly financial data;
• Assists preparation of financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annually) , meeting the company deadlines;
• Facilitate the analysis of the results (monthly profit/loss statement): Accuracy of data; Build files to prepare deviation analysis.

• Master and professional qualification in Accounting, Finance or related field;
• Between 1 and 2 year of audit in Big 4 company.
• A good knowledge in understanding the Balance sheet , P&L and Cash Flow statements;
• Experience using SAP S/4 HANA System and other accounting programs or equivalent will be an advantage;
• Advanced level of excel and query training;
• Advanced level of English, written and spoken, is mandatory - German will be an advantage;
• Good analytical skills;
• Ability to solve problems and communicate at all levels.
